1. Overview

Welcome to Nostalgia Roleplay. By accessing or using any part of our community—including but not limited to our Garry's Mod servers (CityRP), forums, Discord, donation store, and any other related services—you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. Use of our services implies acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Use of Services by Minors

If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and supervise your participation. The adult is fully responsible for the minor’s actions while using our services.
If you are a parent or guardian and wish to revoke a minor’s access to our services, please contact our management team directly.

3. Use of Services

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment or abuse of users or staff

• Malicious behavior or intent to disrupt the community

• Any form of cheating, exploiting, or hacking

• DDoS threats or attacks

• Unauthorized advertising or server promotion

• Leaking or sharing private information

Violations of these terms may result in a permanent ban and the revocation of all in-game content or purchases, without eligibility for a refund.

4. Account Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. If under 18, you must have explicit consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

You are fully responsible for your actions and any consequences that result from violating our Terms.

5. Purchases and Donations

All purchases and donations made via our store are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• Server bans (temporary or permanent)

• Loss of access to the community or services

• Server shutdown or downtime

Chargebacks or forced refunds are treated as fraudulent activity and may result in:

• Permanent ban from all Nostalgia Roleplay services

• Revocation of all in-game packages and perks

• Submission of evidence to PayPal and relevant authorities

• Involvement of law enforcement and fraud investigation units

6. Account and Access Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account or access to our services at any time for violations, including but not limited to:

• Attempted DDoS attacks

• Fraudulent chargebacks

• Hacking, cheating, or exploiting

• Posting or promoting harmful or illegal content

• Unauthorized sharing of private or sensitive information

• Repeated or severe rule-breaking

You will not receive a refund for any terminated access or content loss.

7. Legal Compliance

Any attempt to engage in illegal activity through our platform will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement. This includes:

• Identity theft or data harvesting

• Distribution of illegal content

• Promotion of violence, terrorism, or hate

• Impersonation or fraud

• Use of third-party services through your account without permission

We comply with all local and international laws and will cooperate with authorities when necessary.

8. Store Policy (“Term 4”)

Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback will result in:

• Revocation of all purchases and perks

• Permanent ban from all services

• Evidence submission to PayPal and fraud units

• Possible legal consequences and law enforcement contact

DDoS Threats

• Permanent ban

• Revocation of all packages and access

• Report to authorities

Donor Rule Violations

Having donor perks does not exempt you from server rules. Violations may result in:

• Temporary or permanent ban

• Removal of purchased perks or content

9. Copyright Notice

All content under the Nostalgia Roleplay name is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

• All intellectual property is owned and managed by AeroMatix.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution will result in legal action.

• Suspected infringement may be reported to a third-party copyright agency.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
